Stala-tiimi piipahti Porin asuntomessuilla mediapäivänä juuri ennen messujen avautumista ja kävi asuntomessujen keittiöt ja kodinhoitohuoneet läpi.
Karjarannan asuntomessualue sijaitsee noin parin kilometrin päässä Porin keskustasta, Kokemäenjoen rannalla Kirjurinluotoa vastapäätä.
Keittiöissä ja kodinhoitohuoneissa oli paljon samoja elementtejä kuin edellisen vuoden asuntomessuilla.

Puukuosia ja puupintoja näkyy koko ajan enemmän. Pienesineissä ja yksityiskohdissa näkyy paljon aitoja luonnonmateriaaleja, kuten puuta, keramiikkaa, nahkaa ja rottinkia.
Mustien keittiöiden rinnalla näkyi tietysti myös vaaleita keittiöitä.
Messuilla oli myös tummansinisiä sekä erisävyisiä harmaita keittiöitä.
Vetimissä näkyi edelleen paljon lankavetimiä ja kulmikkaita mustia vetimiä sekä tietysti vetimettömiä ovimalleja.
Kivitasojen suosio näkyi edelleen. Milanon keittiömessujen suurikuvioisia kivitasoja näkyi vain yhdessä kohteessa - alla näyttävä marmorikuvio.
Laminaattitasot olivat tummasävyisiä, paljon oli rouhean betonimaisia tai yksiväristä mattamustaa. Laadukkaita puukuosisia laminaatteja näkyi myös etenkin kodinhoitohuoneissa.
Joihinkin keittiön välitilohin oli tehty korotuksia ja nostoja. Laattoja oli vähemmän, mutta jos niitä oli, ne olivat näyttäviä.
Asuntomessujen keittiöihin oli tehty inspiroivia kattauksia. Pienesineistössä oli paljon keramiikkaa, kukka-asetelmia ja suuria puisia leikkuulautoja.
Keittiöiden yhteydessä oli paljon avohyllyjä, joihin oli tehty kauniita esillepanoja keittiön astioista ja ruokatuotteista.
4 Fiskarhedenvillan Pohjanvalo
Upea tummasävyinen saarekekeittiö ja kaunis klassinen terästaso kaapistoseinällä. Tässä keittiössä oli kaksi vesipistettä, toinen kaapistoseinällä ja pienempi saarekkeessa liesitason vieressä. Taloon on tehty erityisen kauniit esillepanot pientavaroiden osalta. Upea suuri peili saarekkeen päässä oli näyttävä.
12 Sievitalon Kultakoivu
Kaunis ja omantyylinen moderni kokonaisuus. Avokeittiö oli erityisen näyttävä ja kaunis olohuoneen yhteydessä. Kodinhoitohuone oli tyylikäs ja ajanhenkinen kokonaisuus. Kohteessa oli Stalan altaat sekä keittiössä että kodinhoitohuoneessa.
13 Talo Lintula
Upea kokonaisuus ja persoonallisia yksityiskohtia 60-luvun henkeen. Puusepän ammattitaito näkyy talon yksityiskohdissa. Oma tyyli koko talossa, ei pintatrendejä vaan ajattomia kestäviä ratkaisuja.
Seuraavat asuntomessut järjestetään vuonna 2019 Kouvolassa. Siellä mahdollisesti nähdään enemmän lämpimän sävyisiä tai 50-luvun henkisiä vintage-keittiöitä. Jos Milanon keittiötrendejä on uskominen, tummat keittiöt jatkavat aallonharjalla.
