Asuntomessut järjestetään tänä vuonna Lohjalla. Hiidensalmen messualue sijaitsee Lohjanjärven rannalla, aivan Lohjan keskustan tuntumassa. Alueen asukkailla luonto on kuin osa kotia, useiden keittiön ikkunoista näkyy joko järvelle tai rantaraitille.
Kierros asuntomessujen kohteissa ja keittiöissä osoittaa, että saarekkeelliset keittiöt jatkavat voittokulkuaan ja valkoisen ja mustan pariksi on laitettu usein vaaleaa puuta. Ruokailutila on useimmiten keittiön jatkeena ja kodikas tunnelma siirtyy tilasta toiseen.
