Tuusulan asuntomessuilla esille nousivat erilaiset asumisen teemat. Näitä olivat vastuullisuus, kotona työskentely, skandinaavisuus höystettynä Japani-twistillä, taiteen monipuolinen käyttö ja hyvinvointi sekä keittiön paluu. Sisustamisen trendeihin vaikuttavia ilmiöitä ovat mm. hyvinvoinnin tärkeyden kasvaminen, työn luonteen muuttuminen, huoli ilmastosta, arjen helppous ja digitaalisuus.
Vastuullisuus, ekologisuus ja kierrätys näkyivät Tuusulan asuntomessuilla voimakkaasti. Materiaaleina on käytetty paljon uusiutuvia luonnonmateriaaleja. Sisustuksessa suositaan aitoja, laadukkaita ja kestäviä materiaaleja, kuten puuta, kiveä ja luonnon tekstiilimateriaaleja.
